Enquiries. The enquiry form on this website does not send or store anything itself: it writes out your name, phone number, optional email, programme and message, and opens WhatsApp so that you send it to the institute (+91 79959 71139). WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies to that conversation.

Dayani AI. If you use the “Ask the Institute” assistant, the questions you type are sent through this website's server to Google's Gemini service to produce an answer. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information there. Answers are informational and may not reflect current admissions or availability.

Hosting and fonts. The website is hosted on Railway, which keeps short technical logs (such as network addresses) to run the service. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your browser's network address when it delivers them.

Your rights. You may ask the institute what it holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by calling or messaging +91 79959 71139. Where it applies, this notice is intended to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Cookies

This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies. The only thing it stores is your answer to the cookie notice, in your own browser's local storage, so the notice is not shown again.
